What the owner noticed using the wallet (2026-10-14), lined up for 1.6.0 beside chunk 34. The owner’s other finding, how a Lovejoin mix is shown, went to chunk 34 (its Screens), since token pools change that page.
Status: ✅ built 2026-10-14 on web-wallet/small-fixes-1.6.0, from main after #308, as PR #309. One PR: the plan, the build and the docs together, so this file went straight to the archive. What still holds is in flows.md (Collateral, Settings’ requests, and Lovejoin’s Review reasons). The privacy policy is unchanged: nothing new is sent or kept.
What the owner saw: “link to collateral creation on public side if it doesnt exist and the user wants/ needs it. And check collateral waiting for confirmation as it is not loading even though its on chain. It doesnt update on the collateral settings page but it does work on the home page.”
Why the page kept waiting:
pending-tx, every 15 s).pending.ts forgetReading). So even a reopened page read the old reading.WAIT_MS), then “Not set”, which invited a second payment, unless Home had been opened. What changed:
pending-tx at once and then every 15 s, as Home does. Once the payment has landed or been let go, or the worker is watching another transaction, it reads the status again and shows the collateral set. Home then has no banner for it, since the page’s question settled it.blocked), as Home’s actions are.lj.needCollateral) stays as the backstop, and it’s still the only word for Mix again from my public account.lovejoin.mix.needsCollateral and lovejoin.mix.collateralComing. The rest reuse the Collateral page’s words. My calls, which the owner can overturn:
getCollateral and gets none, as Lace opens one. Today the site says so in its own words, and the Public tab’s row is where it leads.Tests (e2e):
The three that wait on a 15 s watch are marked test.slow(). Each passed 20 of 20 under 2-CPU load (taskset -c 0,1, --repeat-each=4 --workers=4), on the dev build and the store build.
a_chains_return_leaves_a_strangers_junk_behind_and_the_chain_still_goes (wasm/tests/return_cost_test.rs) failed CI’s first run, though nothing here touches it.
0xbb and read as the stranger’s UTxO taken. It failed 2 of 400 local runs.spends), and failed 0 of 600 runs. The wallet’s behaviour was right throughout.
